Nicole Nelson has provided professional real estate assistance to home buyers and sellers throughout the Denver Metro area for years. In addition to Nicole’s real estate profession, she is a wife and mother of two. Nicole was born and raised in Colorado, where from a young age she was constantly surrounded by real estate & residential construction. While accompanying her father on construction sites, she discovered her passion for the industry. In 2002, she married her husband who has been in the residential construction business his entire career, which led to him becoming a residential investor. Nicole also enjoys using her skills to stage and work with him side by side.  She has found her genuine passion is helping families find and acquire their dream homes.

Kandice's excellent client service comes from her background in human resources.
